 This letter is to commend you as a company for your excellent service to us thus far. It was a big step for me to try a different type of roofing system such as the urethane roof. I had some conflicting advice on its performance when we were considering the urethane roof two years age. Since we gave the go ahead on that 35,000 sq. Ft. Public clinic we have been nothing but pleased. A cost effective and a trouble free roof has helped our decisions on the other roof’s you've replaced for us. I estimate that you’ve roofed approximately 120,000 sq. Ft. For us and I’m looking forward to getting the north building completed this summer (31,000 sq. Ft.).
 John, you may or may not know that the aspect that I deemed of great value on these buildings that we renovated was the insulative factor that the urethane roof added. I was willing to take a chance because i needed a roof and insulation. The blown on insulation was relatively expensive and doubled our cost, and as far as fiberglass bats lying on our ceiling tiles we did not want. I just personally do not like the idea of any insulation in our return air space.
Therefore, circumstances helped you get your foot in the door with us. Your product and craftsmanship consequently has helped us meet a need effectively.

Rarely do I take the risk of recommending construction firms but this is one I gladly make exception. Dallas Urethane reviewed the 28,000 square feet roof of our building about 18 months ago and from the first meeting I knew we had the right company about to enter into contract. The day this building was opened 13 years ago it leaked, and never stopped leaking until Dallas Urethane took over the project.
I want to thank you and your company for a job well done. From start to finish you were very cooperative with our unusual schedules. This along with the weather could have been very frustrating, but your professionalism made this project move smoothly. There were many instances of going above and beyond by Dallas Urethane for our benefit. The system you installed is better than the original and I am confident that your expertise will benefit our buildings for years to come.
