SPF Systems
SPF applied to existing metal roof will extend the life of your existing metal roof providing insulation to lower energy costs with a seamless renewable roofing system. Metal roofs are a high percentage of our current business; we can apply SPF to all types of corrugation and standing seams roofs. By power washing existing metal, treating rust areas, replacing missing screws, and applying primer we then consider your roof ready for application of SPF and elastomeric coating systems. This system can increase your R=Value of insulation up to an R=Value of 21 and provide a cool roof to reduce energy costs.

Coating Systems
Coating systems applied to Single Ply Rubber Roofs allows for dramatic reduction of roof temperatures. No removal of the existing roof is necessary. Extensive cleaning, primer to seams, treat all seams with a butyl backed tape followed by application of white elastomeric coating to entire roof with extra coating over seams leaves owner with a seamless roofing system that is renewable. |
