BUR Retrofit
SPF system applied to existing Built Up Tar and Gravel Roofs provides an excellent method of reducing waste by removing only the gravel not the entire roof. It adds lightweight insulation while encapsulating the CFCs released into the atmosphere from the BUR roof, preventing future damage to the ozone. Low areas can be raised using additional urethane foam reducing areas that pond water. System is topped off with white “Energy Star” elastomeric coating reducing surface temperature and lowering energy costs.
