Dallas Ft. Worth Urethane has installed
more than 150
commercial roofing systems with a combined area of 10
million square feet
of urethane, elastomeric and acrylic coated SPF roofing in the last
seven years, as well as installed Spray Polyurethane Foam Insulation in
residential and commercial buildings.
The 1.3 million square foot metal roof of the L3 facility presented
several challenges to the Dallas Urethane team.

The facility is also a closed facility with everyone who enters
having to pass a security and background check
Working in close proximity of all types of military aircraft
posed an overspray risk that was of great concern to the facility
personnel at L3
The roofing operation would last for a little over a year and
would require working through all seasons
Dallas Urethane overcame each obstacle, working closely with L3 and
keeping the lines of communication open at all times. Dallas Urethane
met all of L3's commercial roofing expectations and continues to partner
with them to provide years of problem free roofing.
