The 1.3 million square foot metal roof of the L3 facility presented several challenges to the Dallas Urethane team.

  • Having to apply roofing system to just about every type of metal roof design known
  • The facility is also a closed facility with everyone who enters having to pass a security and background check
  • Working in close proximity of all types of military aircraft posed an overspray risk that was of great concern to the facility personnel at L3
  • The roofing operation would last for a little over a year and would require working through all seasons

Dallas Urethane overcame each obstacle, working closely with L3 and keeping the lines of communication open at all times. Dallas Urethane met all of L3's commercial roofing expectations and continues to partner with them to provide years of problem free roofing.
